Ethnic Andaz came to life when founder Vidhi discovered India’s rich artisanal jewellery heritage during the COVID-19 pandemic. What began as an exploration of Indian craft quickly became a mission: to honour the skill of Kolkata’s craftspeople while ensuring they receive fair compensation and a wider platform. Vidhi’s founding belief is that jewellery is not merely decorative — it can empower the women who make it and the women who wear it. That conviction shapes every collection the brand releases.
