Avi Global Plast

Avi Global Plast is a Mumbai-headquartered manufacturer of PET and recycled PET (rPET) sheet and thermoformed rigid packaging for food, fresh produce, pharma, consumer goods and electronics. With its head office in Andheri (East), Maharashtra, and a factory at Dunetha in Nani Daman, the company positions sustainability and traceable recycled content at the centre of its packaging range.

What Avi Global Plast Does

Avi extrudes PET and rPET sheet in-house and converts it into punnets, clamshells, trays, hinged containers, blister films and cards. PET is a fully recyclable material, and the company offers recycled-content options (including post-consumer rPET) together with batch-level traceability so buyers can verify what goes into their packs.

Products

• PET, APET, rPET and PETG sheet and film
• Fresh produce punnets and clamshells, including the Q-Bic pyramid-geometry blueberry punnet designed for efficiency
• Deli, bakery, snack and food-to-go packaging
• Pharma blister packaging and device trays
• Cards, identification film and packaging components

Sustainability Credentials

The company lists ISO 14001 (environmental management), ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 certifications, and publishes calculators that estimate the CO2, landfill and fuel impact of choosing recycled PET. It also tracks plastic-tax and recycled-content rules for the export markets it serves.

Why Avi Global Plast Qualifies for Prakati

Recycled-content, recyclable mono-material packaging helps businesses move away from virgin plastic and supports a circular plastics economy. Avi sits among the sustainable packaging manufacturers in the Prakati Green Directory, next to other recycling and waste management businesses.
